Below is the 2019 Arbor Snowboards lineup and the categories that I see them fitting into.
This is the first year I’ve ridden Arbor snowboards, and the first time I’ve done an overview for them.
One thing I found very interesting about Arbor boards is that they all come in one of only 2 different camber profiles – either Full Rocker or Full Camber – what they call “System Rocker” and “System Camber”. I wouldn’t say they are traditional rocker and traditional camber profiles as such, because they’re “System” is a bit of a different take on rocker and camber.
This keeps things pretty simple and a lot of their boards come in both Rocker and Camber versions.
New Models
- Arbor Cask (Short/wide powder)
- Arbor Cask Womens (Short/wide powder)
- Arbor A-Frame (has been around for years but wasn’t available as a 2018 model, and I don’t think there was a 2017 model either – so it’s making a come-back, with a few tweaks)
- Arbor Formula Camber (the Arbor Formula Rocker has been around a long time but the Camber version is new for 2019)
- Arbor Cadence Camber (The Cadence Rocker is another one that’s been around for years but this is the first time for the Cadence Camber)

NOTE: Everything here for all-mountain-freestyle and all-mountain are “Mountain Twins”. They are all centered (i.e. no setback on the effective edge) but are all “Directional Twin” in shape – they have a longer nose than tail, but the nose and tail are the same width (except for the Bryan Iguchi Pro which has a small taper). I have included these ones as all-mountain-freestyle and the boards in the “All-Mountain” section below as all-mountain. Even though you could argue on one hand that they’re all “all-mountain-freestyle” or on the other hand, that they’re all “all-mountain”, I have categorized them this way based on how they felt to me (for the ones that I’ve ridden) and based on specs like flex and sidecut.
