The GNU C Money may not be versatile, but it knows what it is, and what it isn't. If you understand that and play to its strengths, it's a really fun ride.
In this review, I will take a look at the GNU C Money as a freestyle snowboard.
As per tradition here at SnowboardingProfiles.com I will give the GNU C Money a score out of 100 (based on several factors) and see how it compares with other freestyle snowboards.

TRADITIONAL Camber - technically actually Hybrid Rocker, having GNU's "C3 Camber" - but really couldn't detect any of the mild rocker it's supposed to have in the middle - so it's closer to Trad Camber, IMO.

*I would personally take these weight recommendatiions with a grain of salt. IMO someone weighing 110lbs (50kg) is not going to have a good time on a 158W!
Who is the GNU C Money Most Suited To?
The GNU C Money is best suited for those who spend a lot of time in the park or doing ground tricks and side-hits on the rest of the mountain.
Or for those who have another board for powder, bombing, carving, etc and want to add a playful freestyle board to their quiver to try stuff on. It's not super versatile, so probably not going to be a one-board-quiver for most.
While I would describe as a fairly easy board to ride, that catch in the tail would make me hesitate to recommend it for beginners.
TEST/REVIEW DetailS FOR THE GNU C Money

O.k. let’s take a more detailed look at what the GNU C Money is capable of.
Demo Info
Board: GNU GNU C Money 2025, 154cm (254mm waist width)
Date: March 14, 2024
Turning
Ease of Turning/Slashing: Nice and easy to initiate turns on and easy to release tail to slash it out.
Maneuverability at slow speeds: Nice and quick to transition edge-to-edge at slower speeds. Not top-tier slow speed agility but well above average for sure.
Catchiness: A little bit of catch in the tail. Not too much though and hardly noticeable when not focusing on it.
Carving
I didn't find it to be great for carving, to be honest. I try not to think about specs or look at them or anything, but after riding and looking at the specs and inspecting the camber etc, I was surprised it wasn't better for slower speed carves. At its flex I would never expect it to be good at higher speed carves.
When I did look at the camber, it really looks and feels like full camber. But maybe there's more of a rocker influence in the middle of the board than it looks like there will be? Or maybe the soft torsional flex is just not enough for it to feel stable enough on edge?
Speed
Gets pretty shaky at speed and you don't have to get too far up the speedometer before it does. Not the board for bombing and not touted as that either.
Uneven Terrain
Crud/Chunder: If you ever want to know what it's like to feel like a rag doll, get on the C Money and head straight for the messiest snow you can find. OK, that's an exaggeration, but it is really easily tossed around and feels lots of chatter. Easy to make corrections with fairly low risk of catching an edge though.
Trees/Bumps: Felt pretty good but would be a pretty bad sinker with deep pow in the trees.
Powder
In what I could still find, it did OK, but if it was deeper, it would really struggle, based on feel and specs. Submarine impressions are in your future if you try to take this into the deep stuff - either that or you'll develop the back leg of a body builder!
Jumps
Pop: Nice and easy to access the pop and while wasn't a ton of total pop, the total pop wasn't too bad - and most of it came without really putting in any effort to load it up.
Approach: Not super stable for faster or messier approaches, but was easy to make adjustments and speed check.
Landing: Not a stomper, but did fine on smaller jump landings. And nice and forgiving of skewed landings. Tail or nose heavy landings also fine, though certainly risk of over-flexing the nose or tail if landing nose or tail heavy from a larger jump.
Switch
Easy transitions and felt good riding either direction, unsurprisingly.
Spins
Really good. Not endless pop but good pop. Could over spin a bit after landing but that was about the only thing. It was easy to complete an under-rotation after landing, felt like it had a light swing weight and was easy to setup and forgiving on landings. Felt good setting up and riding out switch too.
Jibbing
Really decent. Easy to pop on and off features, light feeling and flexible. Felt most at home in the park hitting features or small jumps.
Butters
Super easy to press the nose and tail. So much so, that I felt it would be pretty easy to over-flex. Tail and nose feel the same. Rotations nice and easy, but not completely catch-free.

Speed | 2 | 2/5 |
Carving | 2 | 2/5 |
Turns | 4 | 4/5 |
TOTAL (after normalizing): | 83.2/100 |
The GNU C Money knows what its good at and what its not. If you need a board to bomb, carve and hunt powder on, you'd likely find this board disappointing.
On the flip side, if you want something that's playful that you can work on new tricks on and generally get creative on in the park or over the mountain, then you'll likely get on well with it.
