Giveaway Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is: Ridexact Sports Inc. whose registered office is at 1488 Main Street, North Vancouver, Canada
  2. Employees of Ridexact Sports Inc. or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the giveaway or helping to set up the giveaway shall not be permitted to enter the giveaway.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway.
  4. Void where prohibited.
  5. Opening date for entries will be November 09, 2023 at 11:45am PST.
  6. Closing date for entry will be December 08, 2023 at 11:45am PST. After this date/time no further entries to the giveaway will be permitted.
  7. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  8. The rules of the giveaway and the prize for each winner are as follows:
    1. To enter the giveaway the entrant needs to sign up for the SnowboardingProfiles.com email list through one of the forms on the website and must be subscribed at the time of the draw
    2. You may unsubscribe from the email list at any time but if you are unsubscribed before the draw takes place, you will no longer be eligible for the draw
    3. The prize for the winner of this giveaway is a $50 e-gift card for evo.com
    4. The Gift Card will be emailed to your email address (so make sure you put in your correct email address) and can be used at evo.com online
    5. Anyone can enter the giveaway but note that some brands can only be shipped within the US from evo.com
    6. 1 entry to the draw per person
    7. The winner will be notified by email, once the draw has taken place
    8. The winner will be notified by the email address and will then need to respond and confirm that the email address is where they want the e-gift card sent to. If the winner fails to respond to the email within 14 days of it being sent, then a new draw will be made and a new winner chosen.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  10. The odds of winning this giveaway will depend on the number of entries received
  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this giveaway.
  12. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  13. Winners will be chosen at random by number selecting software provided by Random.org from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.
  14. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  15. The promoter will notify the winner by email.
  16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  17. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  18. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by Canadian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
  19. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current data protection laws and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  20. Entry into the giveaway will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
