2027 Yes Snowboards Lineup Overview

As you'll see below, Yes snowboards has had a big cleanout for their 2026-2027 line. 

All 3D shaping models and all Youth/Kid's models are gone and both the men's/gender neutral and women's (non 3D shaped) boards were also reduced. Their bindings lineup received an even larger reduction.  

New Yes Snowboards and Retiring Models 

Yes have heavily consolidated its line up for 2027, going from 24 boards in the '26 lineup to just 13 for 2027. With 2 new boards and 13 outgoing boards, that makes a net difference of -11. That means they almost cut the lineup in half!

Of the 13 outgoing boards, 2 of them are kids/youth boards and 3 of them are women's specific models. That leaves YES without any youth/kids boards and down to just 3 women's-specific models. 

Also to note that all of the boards that had 3D shaping and that were essentially inherited when YES and Lobster merged, are also gone. They account for 7 of the 13 outgoing boards (with one of outgoing 3D models also being a women's specific model).

But the most surprising exiter, for me, is the Greats XTRM.  If you've seen our review of the Greats XTRM, you'll know why it's such a shock that this model didn't return. 

New Yes Snowboard Bindings and Retiring Models 

So as you can see the bindings lineup has been cut back even more severely than the snowboard lineup. With just 4 models remaining compared to the 12 bindings models they had for the 2026 lineup. 

This also leads to a much smaller ratio of bindings to boards in the lineup. For the 2026 lineup, it was 2:1 boards to bindings. For the 2027 lineup, it's now 3:1 boards to bindings. 

With the NX Gen gone, there are now no more Youth/Kid's bindings models and the removal of the Rebel and Conda leaves the brand with just 1 women's specific model (Vetta). 

It should be noted that some of the exiting binding models were mostly just colorway varieties (e.g. Select Kowalchuck & Select Eiki - though the Eiki did come with both soft and hard bushings and the Kowalchuck came with soft, medium and hard bushings, whereas the regular Select only comes with medium bushings), but it still ends up being a pretty big cull.

The categories I place Yes's 2027 lineup in below is according to how we at SnowboardingProfiles.com categorize and not how YES themselves categorize them. 

We have a neutral stance and are completely independent of any snowboard brand, and so our categories have nothing to do with marketing the boards. They are based purely on what we think the best use of each board is.

We have included a beginner category below as well, but note that all boards in the beginner category will also be included in one of the other categories (the category that the board is most relevant for, according to our categorization).

Two changes for the '27 models:

• Gets sintered base (was extruded on the '26 model)
• Core change (core changed from "chubby" which would now be the Fluid, to "Flow". The Flow, which would have been called the Horn in 2026, is 100% poplar vs 50/50 paulownia/poplar (Chubby/Fluid) that the '26 model had).

Name Changes

The following boards got name changes, with the 2026 name on the left and 2027 on the right:

Labelling Changes

Yes changed the names of some of their tech elements, including their core names and names for their carbon reinforcement. The changes are as follows:

So while the Sender, Sender Pro, Greats, Standard, Standard Pro, Pyl, PYL Pro and Hel Yes all have some labelling changes, there don't appear to be any real, significant changes to those models. 

Summary of YES 2027 Snowboards Lineup Changes

Yes have been busy - mostly in the form of a massive culling of models. 

The snowboard lineup was reduced from 24 models to just 13 models and the bindings lineup was even more dramatically reduced, from 13 to just 4. 

All of the youth/kids models exited and so too did all of the 3D shaping models that had come in when YES and Lobster merged a couple of seasons back. 

It wasn't all just culling though. There were 2 new models - the Drive and Women's Drive. Plus, the Basic, Women's Basic and All-In received some updates as well.
