New 2024 Flux Snowboard Bindings

The new bindings for 2023-24 are: 

+ DS LTD - New LTD version of the DS. The difference between this and the regular DS is that it has Flux's "Super Carbon Blend" used in the baseplate, as opposed to the "Performance Blend" used in the regular DS. This results a lighter and stiffer and baseplate. It also features Titanium mounting screws which are lighter and supposed to be stronger.

+ DS Step On - Flux have entered the Step On game with their all new Step On version of the DS (note that you need Step On compatible boots to use Step On bindings).

Of course these are only broad categories as every bindings is different, but this is a rough guide.

Summary

So there you have the 2024 Flux snowboard bindings. 

Out with the Old and In with the New

All of Flux's '23 models are returning with a '24 model. Those plus a couple of new additions extends their binding lineup to 16. 

The newcomers are the DS LTD (a souped up version of the DS) and the DS Step On - with Flux entering the Step On market, giving more options for those that like or want to try a Step On boot/binding setup. 

Changes to Existing Models

SR, CV, CV LTD, GX & XV : All get Flux's new "Boost Footon". The Boost Footon makes the footbed 4mm higher than Flux's regular Footon footbed. This can help reduce the chance of boot drag as well as adding a little more cushioning. 

XF: Gets the "Super Ultima Baseplate" (also on the DS), replacing the "Transfer" baseplate that was on the '23 model. Also gets something called "Respsonsive stablizer". And gets the new "Boost Footon+" which is like the new "Boost Footon" but adapted slightly differently.
